Precautions for manual welding
For the connection method, the pad and the pin of the component are polished with fine sandpaper and coated with flux. Use the soldering iron head to dip an appropriate amount of solder and contact the solder joint. After all the solder on the solder joint is melted and immersed into the component lead, the electric iron head is gently lifted up along the pin of the component and leaves the solder joint.

7. After welding, the residual flux on the circuit board should be cleaned with alcohol to prevent the flux after carbonization from affecting the normal operation of the circuit.
8, integrated circuit should be finally welded, electric iron to be reliably grounded, or after power use of waste heat welding. Or use a special integrated circuit socket, solder the socket and then plug the integrated circuit into it.
9. The electric iron should be placed on the rack of the iron.
